As a registered member of JafzaLink, you must agree to the following conditions and restrictions while making use of all JafzaLink features and functionality:
User ID and password security: As a registered member of JafzaLink, you are responsible for the maintenance and protection of your User ID, Password and registered account. You are responsible for all activities relating to and resulting from your JafzaLink membership, including but not limited to monetary and property responsibilities. Changes to user name, address, email address or other identification must be conveyed to JafzaLink. JafzaLink reserves the right to refuse membership or terminate accounts in their sole discretion.
Prohibited actions: As a registered member of JafzaLink, you must adhere to current Terms of Use, inclusive of prohibited or illegal actions. You shall not post content that is libelous, defamatory, misleading or false. You shall not manipulate or tamper with JafzaLink site functionality, inclusive but not limited to pricing, payment or property listings. You shall not distribute software or similar technologies, such as viruses, that may harm, change or in any way affect the functionality or general presentation of JafzaLink. Violation of any of these prohibited actions may result in account termination or legal action.
JafzaLink reserves the right to make changes to membership pricing options and payment terms at any time at our discretion.
If you neglect payment to JafzaLink, we reserve the discretion to terminate your use of site functionality or terminate your JafzaLink account.

These Terms of Use and usage of JafzaLink site functionality and content shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use and usage of JafzaLink site functionality and content shall be settled by arbitration in Dubai in accordance with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s Rules of Commercial Conciliation & Arbitration, before a single arbitrator selected by mutual agreement or, in the absence of agreement, by the President of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the application of either of us. The language of the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
