Q. Can I setup an Exhibition Booth, as an Exhibit Passholder?
A. No.  Exhibit Passholder membership does not entitle an organization to host an exhibition booth on display within the community
Q. Can someone that has not registered make enquiries about products, trade leads, or a particular exhibitor?
A. No.  You must be registered before an enquiries using the community portal enquiry featues can be utilized

Registration

Q. Once I've registered, does my membership ever expire?
A.

Yes.  Depending on the membership tier that you selected for your organization at registration, your membership will expire, based on a defined monthly duration.

Q. Do I need a Trade License to register?
A. No.  Only if you're registering your organization as Exhibit Showcase member, otherwise trade license is not required to complete the registration process

Showroom

Q. What is the Showroom?
A. The showroom is where community members' company profiles and products are categorized and listed. When you select a showroom category, you will be shown a complete list of companies interested in buying and selling products and services. You will also be able to navigate to the company's profile page and related product details pages
Q. What is an Exhibitor Showcase page?
A. On the exhibitor showcase page, you can browse all of an organization's trade leads and products, contact the organization directly about a trade lead, product, or other general topic of interest, or introduce yourself by exchanging your business card/contact info in an effort to strengthen your network
Q. How can I maximize my organization's visibility to the community?
A. When you add product listings or trade leads, be sure to categorize them, upload images, and include keywords to improve search results.

Trading Floor

Q. What is the Trading Floor?
A. The trading floor is the venue for making enquiries about product and service trade leads and finding new business partnerships within the community
